Every beginner must be instructed and supervised by a range coach, one coach per player. Coaches need to assess each person's readiness and supervise use of the shared range under the same safety rules. Having an experienced archer in your group does not waive the beginner service.
Can we book one person and take turns shooting for photos?
Book for everyone who will shoot, even if each person only takes a few shots. A range coach must instruct and supervise each beginner, one to one. The one-hour service is therefore priced per person, and one person's booking cannot be shared by several people taking turns.
Do I need an Eden member account?
Yes. Sign in with your Eden member account before confirming your booking so the system can save it and show it in your profile.
Can I choose my lane?
Not yet. The system assigns an available lane automatically when you confirm a time, preventing overlapping bookings.
How long is my time slot held?
Your lane is held for 10 minutes after you confirm the time. Complete payment within that window or the lane will be released for others to book.
